Shipping
All Orders come with Standard First Class Shipping. Domestic Packages come with Tracking Number. International Packages come with a Customs number.
They are all personally delivered by Co-Owner Austin to the post office. Once the packages leave our hands and into USPS hands we are no longer responsible for the package. 

You can request an upgrade on your shipping by emailing me prior to placing the order. I will respond within a couple hours.

Refunds
If for any reason you do not want your jewelry, You have a 3 Day Grace Period after receiving the product to contact us. It must be returned back to us in the manner that it was sent. Any untold damage will not be refunded back to you.
Crystals, Alter Pieces, and All Other Products Besides Jewelry - No Refunds on these Products.

DAMAGE:
We offer a 3 day grace period from the day you receive your package to message us. However, Please Understand that we reserve the right to ask for photos of the damage.
Any Time after the 5 Day Grace Period:
We ask that you pay for the shipping back to us to fix. However, We will pay for shipping back to you. We may have to charge a small portion based on the damage of the item. In most cases, I will be more than happy to fix it for Free :)

When contacting SacredDivination about a custom order, please have colors/stones/style ideas ready. Although, I am open to helping you decide what you're looking for, It makes processing times quicker if you share your ideas.

If you are placing a custom order, a non refundable deposit of 50% is due beforehand. This 50% allows me to buy the materials needed. Depending on the size of your order, and placement, wait times are typically between 3-7 days.
Bulk Ordering

Depending on what you or your business is wanting, Pricing and wait times vary. I bulk order with individuals and businesses, please let me know which category your order would fall under.

At the time of your order placement there is a non-refundable deposit required. The deposit is 50% of your total purchase.
